Energizing Hatha (Outdoors)

Focus on awakening the body and senses through controlled, intentional movement and breath while connecting with the energy of the Sonoran Desert. Sessions vary each day. They include floor and core work, standing and balancing sequences, breathing exercises and deep savasana. Modifications can be provided. All levels are welcome. Classes will be held in the southeast courtyard of the Pinnacle Peak and Pima complex, just 100 meters from the studio location.

Energizing Hatha (Indoors)

Focus on awakening the body and senses through controlled, intentional movement and breath. Sessions vary each day. They include floor and core work, standing and balancing sequences, breathing exercises and deep savasana. Modifications can be provided. All levels are welcome.

Restorative Yin (Outdoors)

Focus on stillness and deep stretches and incorporating the healing energy of the desert ecosystem into your practice. Sessions vary and include 8-10 poses held for 3-5 minutes each, followed by guided meditation and deep savasana. Props and modifications are provided. All skill levels are welcome. Classes will be held in the southeast courtyard of the Pinnacle Peak and Pima complex, just 100 meters from the studio location.

Restorative Yin (Indoors)

Focus on stillness and deep stretches. Sessions vary and include 8-10 poses held for 3-5 minutes each, followed by guided meditation and deep savasana. Props and modifications are provided. All skill levels are welcome.

Vinyasa

Focus on uniting breath and movement through flow sequences. Sessions vary each day and include salutations followed by hatha-style asana sequences and joined through repetitive flow sequences. Class will end with savasana and guided meditation. Modifications can be provided. All levels are welcome.

Singing Bowl Restorative Yoga

Enjoy the benefits of a sound bath during your restorative Yin practice. Instructors will guide students through a restorative Yin practice while immersing them in energy-healing sound (Not suitable for yogis who are prone to seizures).

Assisted Stretching

Certified assisted stretching professionals will help you stretch through hands-on, isometric stretching for 60 minutes. This form of stretching is known as PNF ( proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching, and involves activating targeted muscle groups for a deeper stretch. (Please note assisted stretching involves almost continuous contact between the stretching professional and the client. All sessions are trauma-informed and catered to your specific concerns.)

Corinne Galland

Founder I Yoga Instructor

Corinne found yoga while healing after leaving the military. She fell in love with the practice and earned her 200 HR teaching certificate. From there, she began teaching during yoga hiking tours with a local tour operator and volunteering at the Phoenix Veterans Center. She believes in a healing, trauma-informed approach and focuses on individual students’ goals and skill levels. She can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
